Openingstijden klantenservice
Onze klantenservice staat van maandag t/m vrijdag voor je klaar tussen 08:00 en 18:00 uur. Wij zijn binnen deze openingstijden bereikbaar per e-mail, WhatsApp en telefonisch. Onze contactgegevens tref je hieronder. Wij streven ernaar om zo spoedig mogelijk, maar uiterlijk de eerstvolgende werkdag op je bericht te reageren. Berichten die buiten openingstijden worden verzonden, worden de eerstvolgende werkdag beantwoord.

Shipping
Orders placed on business days before 3PM Dutch time, are shipped the same day. In The Netherlands shipping usually takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping abroad usually takes no more than 5 business days. Actual delivery times can vary and depend on the transit speed of the courier.
All orders from 50 euros within the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped free of charge with track & trace. All orders from 70 euros are shipped free of charge within Europe in a letterbox package (including track & trace for most countries).
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receival, provided the items are unworn. You will receive a refund for the complete order amount* within 14 days after processing of your return. Return shipping costs are at customers expense.

Do you want to exchange an item? Return the item you do not want and place a new order on the website. We will make sure that the new item comes your way as soon as possible!
* If after return the order value falls below the minimum value for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
Warranty
If you have received a broken or damaged product, please inform us by e-mail within 3 days. We would like to receive a photo, a description of the defect and your order number to help you as quickly as possible. You can send this to info@laura-design.com
We do our utmost to deliver high-quality products. Our jewelry is often delicate and should be handled with care. Discoloration of the goldplated and rose goldplated jewelry can occur, especially if they come into contact with water, perfume and sweat.
